IBM Sovereign Core enables verifiable control for AI-ready sovereign environments

IBM launched Sovereign Core, a new offering designed to help organizations deploy and manage AI-ready sovereign environments with enhanced control and verifiable evidence. The solution combines platform services, a control plane, and security capabilities into a single deployment model. It runs on customer-provided infrastructure, with the control plane and core services operating within the customer's defined sovereign boundary. IBM Sovereign Core supports compliance goals through continuous monitoring and automated evidence generation, and it allows organizations to deploy and operate AI models and inference services within their sovereign boundaries.
