Hyrox has gained popularity on TikTok, seen as a "badge of honour" for participants. The competition format includes individual and team divisions, with new relay events introduced for the first time. Origin Gym in Liverpool offers Hyrox simulation days, while PureGym provides classes to help participants improve their skills. Hyrox has expanded globally since its launch in Germany in 2017, now held in over 30 cities worldwide.
