Hyderabad agency halts illegal dumping in local lakes

On February 3, personnel from the Hyderabad Disaster Response & Asset Protection Agency stopped truck drivers from dumping soil in Umdasagar lake. They seized four tippers and an excavator used for leveling the soil. In a separate incident, a truck driver was caught dumping debris in Devulapally Cheruvu. The vehicle was also handed over to local police. These actions mark a crackdown on illegal dumping in Hyderabad's lakes, with authorities taking immediate steps to address the issue.
