Hungarian teen impresses at International Odissi Dance Festival in India

A 17-year-old Odissi dancer from Hungary, Molnar Zselyke, captivated audiences at the International Odissi Dance Festival in Bhubaneswar, which ran from January 7 to 11. Zselyke performed "Sangini Re Chahan," a piece choreographed by Deba Prasad Das, showcasing her skill and emotional connection to the dance. She expressed her honor in performing in India, the birthplace of Odissi, and highlighted the significance of dancing to an Odia song. Zselyke has already completed over 400 classical performances in Hungary.
