Hulu's "Prison Break" reboot pilot casts three leads

Hulu's "Prison Break" reboot pilot has cast Emily Browning, Lukas Gage, and Drake Rodger in leading roles. This new pilot, announced in December, is set in the same universe as the original series but features new characters and storylines. Browning will portray Cassidy Collins, an ex-soldier working as a corrections officer. Gage plays Jackson, a politician running for Congress, while Rodger takes on the role of Tommy, an inmate in a dangerous prison. The pilot is being written and produced by Elgin James, with contributions from the original series creator Paul Scheuring. 20th Television, which produced the original "Prison Break," is also involved in the reboot.
