Hohenthurn celebrates champion Daniel Tschofenig's historic ski season

Daniel Tschofenig, the overall World Cup and Four Hills Tournament champion, was celebrated with a grand reception in his hometown of Hohenthurn today. This follows his historic season and a silver medal at the Nordic Ski World Championships. The event, held at the Hohenthurn multipurpose hall, was organized by the local community and his home club, SV Achomitz/Zahomc. Olympic champions Thomas Morgenstern and Karl Schnabl were among the attendees. The reception, which included a parade into a festival tent near his parents' home, was followed by an "Adler-Party" to continue the celebration of Tschofenig's achievements.
