HK Express receives tenth Airbus A321neo to expand fleet and routes in Asia
HK Express has received its tenth Airbus A321neo aircraft, enhancing its fleet to support 31 destinations across Asia. The new aircraft, registered as B-KKJ, began service on November 9, operating flights primarily between Hong Kong and Bangkok. The A321neo is configured with 263 all-economy seats and is scheduled for 97 weekly flights in November. Despite having six grounded aircraft, HK Express plans to expand its fleet to 40 planes, with additional A321neo deliveries expected in the coming years. The airline's CEO expressed confidence in the Asian market, especially with Hong Kong's new three-runway system launching soon. HK Express aims to grow its network and provide more affordable flight options.
