HIV Justice Network launches Positive Destinations travel guide for people living with HIV

The HIV Justice Network has rebranded its travel resource from HIVTravel.org to Positive Destinations. This online platform provides updated information on travel regulations for people living with HIV, including a searchable country directory and advocacy tools. Despite a decline in countries with HIV travel restrictions, 56 nations still impose some regulations, with seven countries, including Brunei and the UAE, banning entry entirely. Positive Destinations aims to help users navigate these challenges and access necessary services. The new website features a mobile-friendly design and connects users to local organizations for support. It also shares stories of successful advocacy to promote understanding and challenge unjust policies affecting travelers with HIV.
