Hisense introduces its first drum washing machine in Japan with large capacity and compact design

Hisense has launched its first drum-type washing and drying machine, the HWF-D120XL-W, in Japan. This model boasts a large capacity and a slim, compact design, addressing consumer demand for space-saving appliances. The new machine features automatic liquid detergent and softener dispensing, a heat pump drying system for gentle fabric care, and a "Download Course" function allowing users to add new wash cycles via a smartphone app. It is designed to fit on standard 60cm x 60cm waterproof pans. Priced around 168,000 yen, Hisense aims to become a top three white goods brand in Japan by 2026, with plans to expand its drum-type washing machine lineup.
