High school volunteers rally for runner etiquette at Kobe Marathon

High school volunteers held a rally to encourage better runner etiquette for the upcoming Kobe Marathon. The volunteers, primarily from track and field clubs, will focus on littering, cutting in line, and proper restroom use. This initiative aims to make the Kobe Marathon the "world's most polite runner event." The Kobe Marathon, featuring a new, flatter course, is scheduled to start on November 16th with approximately 20,000 runners expected.
