Henderson City Council restricts e-motorcycle and e-bike use for minors

Henderson City Council banned e-motorcycles from public roads and trails and set speed limits for e-bikes and scooters. The new ordinances restrict e-motorcycle use on public roadways, trails, and parking lots. E-bikes and scooters are limited to 15 mph unless posted otherwise. Minors operating non-electric bikes, e-bikes, and e-scooters in city parks or on paths must wear helmets and avoid reckless behavior.
