Helicopter collision in Rio de Janeiro resulted from coinciding flight paths and radar failure

A helicopter collision in Rio killed six people when two aircraft on coinciding flight paths collided. One helicopter was not detected by radar, and both aircraft were using special helicopter routes at the same altitude.
