Hebrew SeniorLife's Wolk Center for Memory Health has achieved level 2 status as an Age-Friendly Health System from the Institute of Healthcare Improvement. This recognition reflects the center's commitment to providing tailored care for older adults with cognitive and memory issues. To qualify, the Wolk Center documented three months of data showing its adherence to the 4M quality framework: What Matters, Medication, Mentation, and Mobility. This framework emphasizes evidence-based practices and patient-centered care. The Wolk Center joins two other Hebrew SeniorLife facilities that received the same designation in 2022.
