Haute-Saône autopsies: Family of four died from gunshots and knife wounds

Autopsies in Haute-Saône reveal the four family members found dead, including two children, died from gunshot and knife wounds, with the father suspected of killing them before turning the gun on himself. The two children, aged 6 and 10, each died from a single gunshot to the back at close range. The 74-year-old woman died from major hemorrhage caused by three knife wounds to the chest and abdomen, with possible manual strangulation also contributing. The 42-year-old man died from a single gunshot to the chin, fired upward. The father had called police on September 2, and the family was in the process of separation.
