Guruprasad's final film 'Eddelu Manjunatha 2' to debut on February 21

Kannada filmmaker Guruprasad's final film, 'Eddelu Manjunatha 2', will be released on February 21. The crime comedy features Rachitha Mahalakshmi and was both written and directed by Guruprasad, who also stars in it. Guruprasad passed away in November 2024. Producer Mysore Ramesh announced that 51 percent of the film's earnings will go to Guruprasad's daughter, Nagu Sharma. The film includes a song titled 'Kittoda Prema', with lyrics by Guruprasad. It was written during the COVID-19 pandemic and began production in its final phase.
