To perform the Rite for the Spirits of the Dalish in Dragon Age: The Veilguard, first gather all five mementos. Return to the spirit on the boat, who is still suffering, and prepare to perform the rite. Turn away from the boat and locate an owl statue. Climb onto the raised area behind it and find a unique section of the wall. Interact with it using Harding's ability or Dagger to move the wall aside. Next, follow the path to an Ancient Elven artifact. Use Bellara's Tinker skill or Dagger to repair it. Climb the cliff, jump into the swirling portal, and interact with the altar to complete the rite and finish the quest.
