Green Beret who exploded Cybertruck used drugs, alcohol

A toxicology report revealed that the Army Green Beret who detonated a Cybertruck outside a Las Vegas Trump hotel was under the influence of marijuana and alcohol. Matthew Livelsberger, 37, died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound after the explosion on January 1st. The report also detected benzene in his system, potentially from the explosion, and he had a history of PTSD. Livelsberger, stationed in Germany, had returned to the US shortly before the incident. Authorities found writings expressing grievances and political views, but no clear motive for the attack was established.
