Greece establishes 13 regional incident command centers to improve national civil protection

Greece is establishing 13 Regional Incident Command Centers to enhance its national civil protection system, aiming for faster, more effective crisis response. These centers will be fully interconnected with the National Coordination Center, providing real-time operational awareness from local to national levels. The reform also introduces standardized protocols based on the international Incident Command System (ICS).
