Godrej Properties sells ₹1,000 crore homes in Hyderabad

Godrej Properties has reported strong sales performance for its first project in Hyderabad. The company announced it sold homes worth over ₹1,000 crores at Godrej Madison Avenue, located in the Kokapet area. This project was launched in January, and within just a few weeks, more than 300 homes were sold. The total area sold amounts to 0.84 million square feet. Kokapet is a popular residential and commercial area in Hyderabad, known for its good connectivity to key locations like the Outer Ring Road and the financial district. Gaurav Pandey, MD and CEO of Godrej Properties, expressed excitement about the project’s success. He noted that it highlights significant growth opportunities in Hyderabad and the demand for quality residential developments. Pandey mentioned plans for a second project in the city soon. In addition to their success in Hyderabad, Godrej Properties has been active in southern India. Recently, the company acquired a 10-acre land parcel in Yelahanka, Bengaluru, for another housing project. This new development is expected to generate around ₹2,500 crores in revenue. Last year, Godrej acquired a 7-acre land parcel in Bengaluru for a luxury housing project, projected to bring in ₹1,200 crores. Godrej Properties continues to grow as a major player in the real estate market in India.
