Gladiators returns for second season as original stars pursue diverse paths

The popular show Gladiators, which first aired in 1992, is set to return for its second season on January 13, 2025. Many original stars have since pursued diverse careers, with some remaining in the public eye while others faced personal challenges. Diane Youdale, known as Jet, transitioned from gymnastics to acting and psychotherapy after a serious injury in 1996. Bernadette Hunter, who played Falcon, passed away in March 2023 after battling cancer. James Crossley, or Hunter, now works as a strength coach and appeared on reality TV. Other former Gladiators have had varied paths. Michael Van Wijk (Wolf) runs a gym in New Zealand, while Eunice Huthart has become a stunt choreographer in Hollywood. Sharron Davies, an Olympic swimmer, now serves as a BBC pundit.
