Girl reunites with 999 call handler after saving baby brother from scalding incident

An eight-year-old girl, Farah Alim-Palmer, was reunited with the 999 call handler who helped her when her baby brother was burned by hot tea. Farah took over the emergency call while her mother attended to her brother Gabriel in February. During a visit to the London Ambulance Service headquarters, Farah received a special certificate for her bravery. She and her siblings explored an ambulance and met the staff who assisted their family. Call handler Matthew Hawkins praised Farah's composure during the call. Her parents expressed pride in her ability to provide clear information during the emergency.
