Ghaziabad police stations excel in online complaint resolution in January
In January, 24 out of 25 police stations in Ghaziabad received top rankings for handling online complaints through the Integrated Grievance Redressal System (IGRS). They achieved a perfect score of 100% for resolving complaints efficiently. Vijay Nagar police station, which ranked first in December, dropped to 1,590th place with a score of 71 out of 90. The other police stations maintained their high performance, contributing to the commissionerate's overall success. The Ghaziabad commissionerate has been recognized for resolving the most complaints on the IGRS portal and has consistently been the fastest in responding to emergency calls. The average response time in Ghaziabad was 3.3 minutes, compared to the state average of 6.4 minutes.
