ua.korrespondent.net (Ukrainian) —

Germany will spend nearly €12 billion on long-range weapons by the 2030s, focusing on hypersonic systems and new cruise missiles, according to Bild citing Politico. The program prioritizes strikes on command centers, airfields, and supply hubs deep behind front lines while maintaining conventional-only capability. Berlin expects first systems by 2027, with complex developments ready by mid-2030s. Funding includes €9 billion for a German-British hypersonic glide vehicle and €1.8 billion for a new cruise missile under the Trinity House agreement. Germany also negotiates with Ukrainian and US-Israeli manufacturers for cheaper missiles.
