Gearbox develops new Risk of Rain 2 expansion

Gearbox announced a new expansion for Risk of Rain 2, titled Alloyed Collective, promising new content and a revamped endgame. The expansion will introduce six new stages, two survivors, seven drone types, and a new final boss, the Solus Wing, as players fight against the Solus robots. It also includes 15 new items and a new Teleporter encounter. This announcement comes after a previous, less successful expansion, but Gearbox has since addressed player concerns, and the new expansion is highly anticipated by fans.
