Gavin Larsen resigns as Warwickshire performance director after two seasons

Gavin Larsen has resigned as performance director of Warwickshire after two seasons. He is returning to New Zealand for personal reasons, just after the club announced Tom Latham as their main overseas signing for 2025. Larsen, 62, expressed gratitude for his time at Edgbaston and will remain in the role until the new year to ensure a smooth transition. Warwickshire's chief executive praised his contributions to the team's high-performance environment. Last season, Warwickshire finished seventh in the County Championship, winning only once. The club will also introduce a women's team next season, competing in women's T20 and One-Day Cup events.
