Galeano wins third consecutive first singles title at Hudson County tennis tournament

Laura Galeano won her third consecutive first singles title at the Hudson County Interscholastic Athletic League Individual Tournament, defeating Juliet Olson 6-4, 6-0. Galeano remains undefeated in team dual matches this season. Hoboken High School's Laura Scott and Sylvie Streel also claimed titles at second and third singles, respectively. Scott won against Serenity Maldonado, while Streel defeated Samantha Cheng. McNair Academy secured both doubles titles, with Anisha Kodali and Zia Chunanala winning first doubles, and Tala Rosenber and Chloe Koa taking second doubles. This marks the first conference titles for Scott, Streel, and Rosenber/Koa.
