Funerals for two children killed in Haute-Saône set for Tuesday

The funerals for two children found dead in Gy, Haute-Saône, alongside their father suspected of killing them will be held Tuesday. The religious ceremony is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. at the local church. The boys, aged 6 and 10, their 42-year-old father, and their 74-year-old grandmother were found dead Wednesday evening at the family home. Autopsies showed the children died from a single gunshot each, while the grandmother died from three knife wounds. The father also died from a gunshot wound. The prosecutor stated the leading hypothesis is that the father, who was separating from his partner, killed the three others before turning the weapon on himself. A white march will be organized later.
