Fukuoka's World Champion Roaster Launches Doko Blend Coffee Capsules

news.yahoo.co.jp (Japanese) —

Fukuoka-based coffee roaster Doko Coffee, whose roaster won the World Coffee Roasting Championship, has launched its first K-Cup capsule product, "Doko Blend," on October 1, 2026, in collaboration with Keurig Japan. The capsule recreates the shop's signature house blend, developed to be a balanced, everyday coffee that is not tiresome to drink daily. It combines beans slow-roasted at low temperatures for sweetness with beans roasted quickly at high temperatures for aroma. The product is available at the Keurig official online store for 1,980 yen (excluding tax) per box of 12 capsules. Owner-roaster Naoki Goto won the 2013 World Coffee Roasting Championship, the first Japanese to do so.
