Frontier Airlines adds four new routes in expanded codeshare with Volaris

Frontier Airlines has expanded its codeshare partnership with Volaris, adding four new routes between the United States and Mexico. This development follows the resumption of their partnership in 2023, aimed at improving connectivity in the US-Mexico market. The new routes include flights from Los Cabos to Oakland, and from Monterrey to Dallas, Houston, and Miami. These flights will be operated by Volaris starting March 20, 2025, and can be booked through Frontier's website. This expansion allows passengers to access over 30 new destinations at lower prices. The US-Mexico air travel market is recovering strongly, with low-cost carriers making up a significant portion of the key players.
