French TV channels change numbers, add two new channels

Starting June 6, 2025, the organization of French terrestrial television channels (TNT) will change, with new channel numbers and the addition of two new channels. This follows frequency changes. The changes include a reshuffling of news channels into a single block and the relocation of France 4 to channel 4. These changes are due to the non-renewal of frequencies for C8 and NRJ12. Viewers should not need to manually adjust their televisions, as most will update automatically. The changes will occur overnight, with a brief interruption expected during the transition.
