French TikToker receives six-month sentence for syringe pranks in Paris

Prosecutors argued the pranks, performed during a period of heightened fear, caused significant psychological distress to some victims. While no actual injections occurred, the court found the actions contributed to a climate of fear. Mojito claimed he was imitating online pranks and did not intend harm.
