Organic fruits and vegetables linked to lower post-menopausal breast cancer risk. Replacing 100 grams of conventional produce daily with organic equivalents may reduce risk by 10%. This finding comes from French research using the NutriNet epidemiological cohort. The study suggests synthetic pesticide residues in conventional farming may explain the effect. Over 31,000 participants were followed for seven years.
