Freezing temperatures leave patients and families sleeping outside Delhi hospitals

Delhi faces a humanitarian crisis as freezing temperatures force patients and their families to sleep outside hospitals due to packed night shelters. Hundreds are sleeping outdoors near AIIMS, many having traveled from other states for medical treatment, with temporary shelters and hospital dormitories full.
