FOX News Media honors outstanding employees at 2024 Spotlight Awards

FOX News Media announced the winners of the 2024 Spotlight Awards during a town hall meeting. The awards recognize employees for their exceptional contributions, with 342 nominations submitted this year, honoring 185 individuals and departments across the organization. The Unsung Hero Award went to three employees for their vital but often unnoticed work. The Rising Star Award recognized four early-career employees for their exemplary work ethic and growth. The Community Service Award honored three individuals for their dedication to local volunteer efforts. Other awards included the Culture and Belonging Ambassador of the Year, Innovator of the Year, and the Impact Award, which recognized teams that significantly contributed to FOX News Media's success in 2024.
