The 115-square-meter apartment with a balcony was originally purchased for 930,000 shekels under the "Price for the Resident" program. The sale reflects growing interest in the area due to the planned NVIDIA campus. The sellers held the apartment for about four and a half months before reaching a deal. The buyer is an investor from central Israel.
