Four men arrested in Vellore for kidnapping chicken merchant

Four men were arrested in Vellore for kidnapping a chicken merchant from Namakkal. The police apprehended K. Sanjeev, V. Edwin, C. Sampath, and G. Vignesh after a complaint was filed by the victim's wife. The victim, S. Kumaravel, had previously received investments from Sanjeev and others for bitcoin ventures. When Kumaravel failed to respond about the money, Sanjeev and his accomplices abducted him to demand repayment. Police located Kumaravel during a vehicle check and arrested the kidnappers. They are now in custody at Central Prison in Vellore, and an investigation is ongoing.
