Four junior employees charged for ordnance factory explosion

Police have filed charges against four junior employees at Ordnance Factory Bhandara for negligence related to an explosion that killed nine workers. Unions are protesting, demanding accountability for senior management, who were not named in the charges. The explosion was linked to a malfunctioning machine and the use of unskilled apprentices in dangerous jobs. While the junior employees are booked, none have been arrested.
