VG Entertainment has announced a new first-person shooter called Forest Reigns, set in a post-apocalyptic Paris overrun by sentient plant life. The game features a unique environment where players can use the invasive greenery to their advantage in combat. Players will navigate a transformed city, with nature reclaiming landmarks like the Eiffel Tower. The gameplay includes crafting and scavenging, as well as interactions with the conscious plant life that can aid or hinder players. No release date has been provided for Forest Reigns, which is being developed by Ruslan Didenko, a former developer of Stalker: Call of Pripyat.
