Former Santo André and América-MG goalkeeper Neneca dies at 45

Former goalkeeper Anderson Soares da Silva, known as Neneca, has died at age 45 due to complications from a heart attack. Neneca, who also served as a football manager, had been hospitalized since Friday after suffering a heart attack. Doctors discovered an aortic aneurysm requiring surgery, but he did not survive. He played for clubs including América-MG and Santo André, winning multiple titles. His nickname "Neneca" originated from his resemblance to another former goalkeeper.
