Ford is recalling nearly 420,000 vehicles due to a seat belt defect that could cause injury in a crash. The recall covers certain 2018-2022 Ford Expedition and Lincoln Navigator models where seat belts may lock inadvertently, preventing proper retraction or extension, increasing injury risk. This recall supersedes two prior ones. Owners will be notified and can get free inspection and replacement of affected seat belt retractors at dealerships.
