FitFeast founder secures investment on Shark Tank India
Aditya Poddar, founder of FitFeast, sought Rs 1 crore for 6.5% equity on Shark Tank India Season 4. After discussions, Anupam Mittal and Viraj Bahl offered Rs 1 crore for 18% equity, marking a significant shift from Poddar's initial request. Poddar showcased his protein-rich snacks, emphasizing their appeal in the fitness market. Despite some criticism of product design similarities, he maintained that FitFeast aims to be a leading protein brand in India. The Sharks debated offers, with Bahl initially proposing a larger stake. Ultimately, Mittal and Bahl's joint offer was accepted, reflecting a collaborative approach to support Poddar's business growth.
