The immersive art event "Chibaumland Hikari no Kirie Night Walk" in Minakami Town, Gunma Prefecture, will hold its final season in 2026, ending after this year's limited 17-day run. The event combines illuminated paper-cut art with nature sounds. The event runs on three dates: July 18-20, August 8-16, and September 19-23, from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM. Tickets cost 1,800 yen for adults and 1,000 yen for children, with a lantern set option available. A free reserved shuttle bus operates from Minakami Station. Created by paper-cut artist Atsumi Sakai and composer Hajime Sakita, the walk features forest installations, photo spots, and a local craft market. The event is organized by Gunma Snow Alliance and takes place at Chibamura Auto Campsite Resort.
