Fender unveils 2025 Prestige Collection featuring handcrafted electric guitars at NAMM

Fender has launched its 2025 Prestige Collection at NAMM 2025, featuring 11 handcrafted electric guitars, including six Strats, two Telecasters, a Meteora, and a rare Performer model. This collection highlights the craftsmanship of the Fender Custom Shop. Notable models include the Prestige Sub-Sonic Jazzmaster, built with premium materials and mini-humbuckers, and the Prestige Carved Top Meteora, featuring a carved maple top and Floyd Rose tremolo. Prices for these guitars range from $10,200 to $50,000. Fender also introduced the $599 Standard Series lineup, aimed at making affordable guitars more accessible. This marks a significant shift for the company, contrasting with the high-end Prestige Collection.
