Experts are urging Pakistan to implement inclusive fiscal reforms in the upcoming budget to empower women and children, who are often overlooked in financial planning. The call for reform came during a pre-budget dialogue, highlighting the need to address a budget deficit exceeding 6.8% of GDP and debt levels above 70%. Speakers emphasized safeguarding and expanding investments in health, education, and social protection.
