Manga artist Zabak, a former station employee, shared two episodes: a woman demanded passage after losing her ticket, then refused repurchase claiming bad attitude, and a man wrongly accused a train of departing early despite timetable departure times. In an interview, Zabak noted mobile IC cards and school commuter passes can now be registered on smartphones, reducing lost-ticket issues, though passenger manners and time awareness remain unchanged concerns.
