Evil Dead series expands with new film titled Evil Dead Burn

The next film in the Evil Dead series is titled *Evil Dead Burn*, as confirmed by director Sébastien Vaniček. He shared a sneak peek of the script on Instagram, which includes the title and notes it is based on Sam Raimi's original work. Vaniček aims to create a horror film that is intense and challenging for viewers. He previously directed *Infested*, released in 2023, which helped him gain attention from Warner Bros. *Evil Dead Burn* is not a direct sequel to *Evil Dead Rise* but is part of a plan to expand the Evil Dead universe. A second follow-up, written and directed by Francis Galluppi, is also in development.
