Estonia proposes cutting EU funding for IOC over Russia decision

Estonia will propose excluding the International Olympic Committee from EU funding programs. This action follows the IOC's decision to reinstate Russia's Olympic Committee membership, which Estonia views as premature and supportive of Russia's return to international sports. The Estonian Foreign Minister stated that organizations facilitating Russian athletes' return should not receive European funding.
