End of Summer Toast returns to Marina di Levante beaches

The "Brindisi di fine estate" (End of Summer Toast) returns to the beach establishments of Marina di Levante in Viareggio on Sunday at 5:30 PM, aiming to repeat last year's record participation. The event is promoted by Confesercenti Viareggio with the Association Marina di Levante and the support of the Tuscany North-West Chamber of Commerce. Organizers Francesco Giannerini and Isabella Baldi describe the collective toast as a symbolic thank-you to customers who chose Viareggio's beaches this summer, highlighting the visual impact of dozens of people gathered by the sea. The initiative also promotes the local territory, with Chamber President Valter Tamburini emphasizing its role in boosting the area's vitality. This year's edition adds a new element by featuring a toast with "Sabbiamare" wine from the Mariani estate, according to Confesercenti manager Daniele Benvenuti. The event serves as a gesture of appreciation for customers supporting local businesses during a period of economic uncertainty.
