Expected temperatures include 35°C in Greater Cairo (feels like 37°C), 34°C in the Delta, 31°C on northern coasts, 37°C in northern Upper Egypt, and 40°C in southern Upper Egypt. Authorities urged drivers to exercise caution during fog and follow weather updates.
