Efficiently search a rotated sorted 2D matrix

A target value was found in a rotated sorted 2D matrix. The matrix, initially sorted row-wise and then rotated, allows for efficient searching. The target value was successfully located within the matrix's structure. This efficient search is achieved by treating the 2D matrix as a flattened, rotated 1D array and applying a binary search algorithm.
